navigating through covid-19

Our priority as a business is the health and safety of our employees and of the clients we serve.

We are a business set up on a virtual-working basis, and so have the infrastructure to continue delivery to full capacity if there is no illness within our teams.

We also understand that any restrictions on customer visits may have a direct effect on your teams and push more of your client contact to the phone. As such, we are making sure the outputs we deliver are fully aligned to enabling compelling strategies and conversations remotely from your client.

Our entire team are following UK government guidelines on monitoring their health, self-isolating if any signs indicate they should, and following all care guidelines if they are infected with the virus.

In the instance where we have team member unable to work for a period of time, or need to care for ill relatives who have been infected with the virus, we will be giving them all the support they need, and appreciate your understanding in any re-scheduling of delivery deadlines we have previously committed to.

Where possible we will handover to other team mates to pick up and stick to the original schedule. But if this is not possible, we will communicate with you as soon as possible and work to agree a new delivery schedule.

The leading reasons business buyers have limited engagement with B2B vendors is because marketers are sending them too much irrelevant content. (KoMarketing)
