We start by getting to know your business through a full audit of each region. We’ll uncover those gems of information that tell us where your business is going, what needs to change as you grow, and how we can quickly help you develop. We work to fully understand the aims and outcomes from your stakeholders, and from this we’re able to develop a series of work streams that align with your goals and objectives.

Design

Design

In this phase we develop a working model with four key areas: people, process, performance and productivity.

At each stage we make sure that the working model complements the sponsor’s input and appeals to the direct community’s aims. We work with you to make sure we align the model with these aims to produce a clear cut, effective programme that senior stakeholders will be happy to sign off. Once we have stakeholder buy-in, we’ll make the final changes to the model based on everyone’s feedback. Finally, all parties are briefed so that everyone’s on the same page to start delivering the programme.

Deliver

With a structured milestone plan in place it’s easier to achieve the results you want. Everyone is clear on the agreed timescales and they’ll better understand how their role plays a part in the big picture - boosting morale.

Communication is vital throughout a GWW programme to maintain commitment and momentum. We communicate back to all stakeholders throughout the programme and after each discovery session. We use a high impact communications programme to share the approved design and implementation programme with the stakeholders to capture their attention and encourage commitment. We’re keen to tailor communication based on your business approach so video and animation often work well here.

Achieve

We’ll agree up-front with you how you’d like to measure and review progress and success. We’ll then collate these measures and produce a report. This section of the programme is where we share progress to date with you as well as your achievements outside the measurement criteria. For example, your people may have shown the right behaviours when working globally which has positively impacted on the programmes

Review

We always review the programme so we stay receptive to any changing circumstances that might alter how the programme needs to function and improve.

Measuring and tracking the programmes throughout the delivery stages is vital. This keeps it moving in the right direction and gives you a clear indicator of what we need to do to progress. We’ll also collate and share feedback from the team during delivery to keep energy and motivation high.
